Andon was listed on the Shenzhen SME Board on June 10, 2010 (stock code 002432). In the same year, it transformed to the mobile internet and created its own innovative brand "iHealth". It launched the world's first mobile internet blood pressure monitor which was strongly supported by Apple Inc. in US and directly sold at Apple's online official website and offline direct marketing channels. Andon has successively launched personal health wearable devices covering blood pressure, blood glucose, blood oxygen, ECG, heart rate, weight, body fat, sleep, exercise and others. It has received a strategic investment of USD 25 million from Xiaomi Technology, becoming a cooperation partner of Xiaomi ecological chain.
Andon has successively established subsidiaries in Silicon Valley, Paris, Beijing, and Singapore City, and acquired eDevice which is a leading French mobile medical company that provides equipment interconnection and remote monitoring services for patients with pacemakers at a price of USD 109 million. In 2017, Andon participated in and established an overseas M&A fund. In the same year, it acquired the US Care Innovations ("CI") mobile medical company. Andon is known as the pioneer, participant and leader of global mobile healthcare.
“Andon Smart Health Incubator” successfully incubated “BloomSky” and “iSmartAlarm” applying IoT to the fields of weather and security, and respectively receiving the investment from IDG and Xiaomi Technology.
In September 2017, the iHealth Infrared Forehead Thermometer was officially debuted at Xiaomi's summer new product launch. Leijun, Xiaomi’s chairman of the board, recommended it as “a thermometer born for fever, a must-have for home or travelling." In 2020, the cumulative global sales of iHealth Infrared Forehead Thermometers exceeded 4 million pcs.
